function sortTokenOptions(tokens, mode, usdValues?): TokenOption[];

Sort token options according to TokenSortMode. Returns a new array; the input is not mutated. For 'usd' mode, callers must pass a usdValues map (address → USD cents); when omitted, USD mode degrades to alphabetical.
