Defines one or every page of outstanding LOCs, including expired unresolved positions.

Returns

AnvilCollectionQueryDefinition<OutstandingLetterOfCredit>

A collection definition discovering indexed candidates and confirming them on chain.

Throws

ConfigError during execution for a missing endpoint; ReadTimeoutError when the shared deadline expires. Index and provider failures reject the whole page or traversal.
