getLetterOfCredits()

function getLetterOfCredits(ctx, params?, options?): Promise<LetterOfCreditPage>;

Reads canonical LOCs in ascending numeric id order, with an exact continuation cursor. Continuations preserve the initial deployment and block and must reuse the same filters and profile.
