ethereumTimestampToDate()

function ethereumTimestampToDate(b): Date;

Converts a protocol Unix-seconds bigint (as carried on LetterOfCredit timestamps) to a JavaScript Date. Inverse of dateToEthereumTimestamp. Values beyond Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER seconds lose precision.
